Job Description
- Participation with the Chairman and the Executive Director in the formulation of company’s strategic plans.
- Make medium and long-term operational plans for production management in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.
- Supervising the different production departments and ensuring the implementation of the production plan, taking into consideration the quality standards.
- Issuing production orders with the required specifications for all production departments.
- Conduct studies and research on the development of production processes ، methods of operation ، improve quality ، reduce waste rates in raw materials ، production requirements and work on the implementation of these studies within the limits of available possibilities.
- Follow up the ongoing developments in the industry and try to apply them if possible.
- Propose policies and procedures for production, quality and maintenance systems development.
- Supervising and ensuring the implementation of the company’s maintenance plan to ensure continuity of production and to avoid any disruption or delay in production.
- Coordinate with the financial administration and prepare the necessary reports and data on consumption rates for raw materials, production requirements, damage rates, operation time and working hours in order to facilitate cost control.
- Meeting periodically with the head of the printing department ، the head of the paint department and the head of the production department to review the implementation of the plan and discuss the obstacles and how to overcome them.
- Reviewing and approving periodic maintenance plans for machines to maintain operational efficiency.
- Supervising the implementation of the health and safety instructions in all production departments.
- Monitoring the daily production reports, analyzing their results and taking necessary actions in cases of deviation from the production plan
- Prepare results reports of the production implementation plans and submit them to top management and ensuring the development of appropriate policies to fulfill the company's mission and objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Production Engineering
- 10:15 years of experience in plastic manufacturing companies
- English language proficiency
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-Point, MS Project, outlook).
- Management skills ( Vision & Strategic Thinking, Customer Orientation, Results from Orientation Planning & Organizing & Follow up, Decision Making, problem-solving ).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, independent employee, and proactive
