Job Description
- Handle all procurement role with local and imported suppliers for pack material
- Make sure all need document for importation had been sent on time and correctly
- Follow-up till delivery done as planned
- Evaluate current suppliers and search for new suppliers with very competitive price and high service level
- Handle logistics issues of deliveries with purchasing & internal/External clients.
- Review purchase requests and, utilizing approved procedures, preparation of requests for bids or purchase orders
- Help the requester draw up the specifications
- Negotiate the best prices and conditions
Job Requirements
- University Degree ( Fresh graduate)
- 0 to 1 years’ experience in purchasing preferred in FMCG and in packaging material.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Must have a Driver's license
- Excellent English
- Anticipation, investigation, finding solutions and writing reports.
- Ability to work in a team and co-ordinate multiple demands
- Excellent Computer Skills
