Job Description
- Oversee organizational contract development and management activities.
- Develop contracts standards, presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provisions.
- Perform appropriate research to support proposal and contract development.
- Conduct "contract strategy" meetings to identify client’s requirements, pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.
- Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
- Interface with insurance companies regarding project adequacy of coverage.
- Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation, legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost targets.
- Minimize potential losses and benefit the organization’s financial performance.
- Monitor deliverables deadlines and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual
- Review contractual performance to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal.
Job Requirements
Education:
- B.Sc. of Structural/Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Higher degree in Contracts/Cost Management field is preferable
Experience:
- More than 10 years of solid experience in construction projects field
- Mega projects in Gulf countries experience is a MUST
- Proven record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Languages: Good English
- Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia for 3 years.
