Job Description
- Provide recommendations for OD interventions to support business strategy, and support management in implementation
- Provides project management for OD -wide projects/initiatives as required, facilitating team efforts and helping to define project goals, timelines, resource requirements and planning to cope with conflict or stress or points in the plans.
- Updates organization structure and job descriptions.
- Support in development and review of required policies with the assigned team to ensure compliance with policy development standards
- Develop and implement training policies , procedures , Training Plan
- Manage measuring of Learning and Development effectiveness through evaluating training programs, participants and providers to ensure achieving desired Return on Investment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree , Certificate in Human Resource management
- Min 5 yrs of exp. in the field.
- Previous experience in Manufacturing companies
