Scrum Master

We are building reliable, scalable Python-based enterprise solutions based on Odoo framework. If you love solving problems and have a desire to work on a thoughtful, agile team providing business-critical solutions, then we’d love to talk to you.

You will be responsible for:

• Organize and conduct daily Stand Up meetings.
• Coordinate solution implementation and delivery of the Scrum team, assisting team to organize resources and accepted work.
• Challenge the team to implement team operational enhancements, encouraging and instilling process improvements.
• Collect and report progress metrics on a regular basis.
• Shield his team from outside distractions and interferences.
• Responsible for ensuring the delivery of software and helping coach the team on agile best practices.
• Providing individual coaching to improve our Scrum efforts and advocating the scrum process across development and implementation teams.
• The Scrum Master may be asked to perform other duties as needs arise, such as technical project management and monitoring project financial performance.
