- Developing marketing plans incorporated with ensure the most effective ATL, TTL and BTL activities.
- Devise forecasted budgets based on projected goals.
- Set the main creative concept’s aspects and guidelines for designing concepts.
- Leading the marketing team that will the implement the marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Manage all marketing campaigns, events, e-marketing and other related activities.
- Supervise the creation and production of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Set service providers KPI’s and assess its performance and outputs.
- Analyze campaigns results & outcomes and define the variations from the planned ones.
- Recommend improvement to the marketing plans based on analysis and feedbacks.
- Study market trends and analyze its affect of the set plans and forecasted goals.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Job Requirements
Work Experience:
- Proven performance in a marketing with a minimum of 5 year experience in real estate industry.
- Good command in presentation, negotiation and analysis.
- High analytical and communication skills.
- Team player with excellent customer service/relations skills.
- Fluent in English and proficient user of MS Office package.
- High Education Degree.
