Job Description
- Implement end to end SAP B1 Projects:
- Responsible for all project phases as per the ASAP methodology,
- Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remote and in person),
- Lead the business analysis process and provide product and implementation expertise to clients in how best to implement and use the system,
- Manage the Cut-over process
- Prepare status report and communicate on project progress to customer and Delivery Manager
- Carry out project management tasks:
- Providing clients with detailed plans,
- Follow up on project tasks with clients and project team,
- Ensure project deadlines are met, maintain project plans according to milestones,
- Prepare status report and communicate on project progress to customer and delivery manager,
- Escalate to delivery manager when necessary.
- Updates time sheet on project plans and tasks
- Deliver projects within scope and budget,
- Identify scope gaps, implement change request procedures,
- Advise on process workarounds; adapt client processes to SAP B1 standards where possible.
- Develop own professional learning of SAP products/technologies and solutions.
- Enable, mentor and coach fellow colleagues of new SAP technologies,
- Conduct on-site courses to colleagues.
- Improve consulting skills; improve application and implementation expertise of the product and industry.
- Provide support to pre-sales activities; support the process of identifying the prospect’s business needs and objectives while developing appropriate demonstrations and estimating implementation requirements.
- Supporting sales and pre-sales in closing deals.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Minimum Education: BA Degree MBA is a plus
- Certification on SAP is a must
Experience:
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of SAP implementation experience in international/global projects
- Strong knowledge in business processes and practices
- Ideally has completed 10 project lifecycles
Languages:
- Minimum Languages: English/ Arabic
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP Applications,
- Office Application
- Project Management Tools
