Job Description
- Raise the awareness of the LP concept which support the controlling points
- Monitor the process of implementing the policy & procedures of the company
- Follow the main SOP of the LP to achieve the company targets
- Support the operations to minimize the shrinkage & waste results & make sure that the waste process is done in a proper way
- Consider as a part of the shrinkage committee at the region to follow up the tree analysis process
- Follow up & evaluate the external security companies “attendance, payments, recommendations to renew the contract…etc.”
- Make the investigation reports related to the LP department shows in the region with full coordination with the HR at the region
- Random spot check on the process at the warehouse in the region
- Make a quarterly LP audit at the stores in the region & review the weak points with the regional operational GM
- Make a visit to all the stores at the region considering 80% of the working hours to be on the field at the stores
- Review & evaluate the security systems at both “the operating stores & new opening stores” to adjust & modify the needed matter after submit from the head of security & loss prevention
- Attend the stock take on both “warehouse & stores” to ensure that the main points are handled & raise any comments to his direct manager
- Raising the safety awareness among the employees by specific safety modules
- Create security awareness among all staff and to provide technical support to the operation team at the region to manage site security incidents and issues occurring in the stores
Job Requirements
- University degree is essential
- The retail experiences with at least (5) years is essential & in the field of loss prevention will consider as a desirable
