Job Description
- Set up new customer accounts process orders, forms, applications and requests organize work-flow to meet customer time frames direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Supporting and supervising operation team.
- Manage customers accounts keep records of customer interactions and transactions record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Record details of actions taken prepare and distribute customer activity reports maintain customer databases
- Manage administration communicate and coordinate with internal
- Departments follow up on customer interactions provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent English
- Experience must be in facing the clients and solve the problems face to face, so we don't need call center experience
- Preferred in Real Estate or work in rich product
- Nationality is Egyptian , and his history's work is in Egypt
- Experience Needed: 10 :15 years’ experience in customer service ( Prefer in the same field)
- Gender : Male .
- Age : more than 35 Years .
- Working hours : 08 hours per day – 06 Days per week
- Salary : Negotiable + bonus
