Job Description

  • Set up new customer accounts process orders, forms, applications and requests organize work-flow to meet customer time frames direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Supporting and supervising operation team.
  • Manage customers accounts keep records of customer interactions and transactions record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken prepare and distribute customer activity reports maintain customer databases
  • Manage administration communicate and coordinate with internal
  • Departments follow up on customer interactions provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent English
  • Experience must be in facing the clients and solve the problems face to face, so we don't need call center experience
  • Preferred in Real Estate or work in rich product
  • Nationality is Egyptian , and his history's work is in Egypt
  • Experience Needed: 10 :15 years’ experience in customer service ( Prefer in the same field)
  • Gender : Male .
  • Age : more than 35 Years .
  • Working hours : 08 hours per day – 06 Days per week
  • Salary : Negotiable + bonus
