Job Description
- Oversee the technical team ensuring the best quality of garment is produced
- Create and implement an ethical compliance business strategy that delivers exceptional standards.
- Responsible for test reporting of all products, attending sourcing and development meetings .
- Report directly to the Production Director and work very closely with all internal teams.
- Leads internal teams and measure their performance.
- Ensuring the production of finished goods is appropriately controlled to ensure compliance with customer standards.
- Run all fit meetings
- Give Technical advice on quality and fabric.
- Coordinate with the factories.
- Create PP sample for approvals on production.
Job Requirements
- (7-10) years of Experience in technical management.
- Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model.
- Inspires his team to attain goals and pursue excellence.
- A strong fashion background with proven industry experience
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Be able to proactively identify and analyze problems and propose commercial solutions
