Job Description

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive Calls of customer complaints.
  • Prepare all local & national shipments.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Assist HR in calling the new candidates to set interview dates.
  • Assist in Clearance process for the employees resigning.
  • Assist HR in Employee clearance to support and fasten the process
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.Implement the tasks that do not require special skills to reduce waste at the time of the administrative affairs staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • (1-2) years of Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Customer service attitude
  • Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very good in English.
