Job Description

We are hiring customer service agents for one of the largest European airline group!!

  • Handle customer inquiries.
  • Provide customers with accurate information.
  • For French applicants fluency in #French is a must + v good English
  • For English applicants Fluency in #English is a must
  • Fresh graduates and experienced are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent typing Skills (English).
  • Males must have an identified military status (for Egyptians).
  • Excellent typing Skills (English).

Location:

  • 6th of October (Raya Contact Center)

Working Hours:

  • Rotational between 6 am to 10 Pm (8 hours shift including 45 mins. break)
  • Days Off: 2 days off on rotational basis.

Job Requirements

  • Interested to work in Customer Service (over the phone)
  • For French applicants Fluency in FRENCH is a must.
  • For English applicants Fluency in ENGLISH is a must
  • Arabic is a must.
  • Fresh graduates and experienced personnel are encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced in call centers is a plus.
  • Gender: both males and females.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent typing Skills (English).
