Job Summary:
- We are seeking for a professional Telesales who will be responsible of Communicating with our customers and serve them over the phone.

Job Description:
- Make outbound B2B Calls and having a proven track record in getting meetings via phone.
- Having a deep understanding of the importance of CS role and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Generating and Qualifying leads through cold calls and managing tracking and following up these leads.
- Understanding Customer requirements and update Customer information in database
- Having a great self-controlling and handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Also Document calls feedbacks and scripts by taking a comments and notes.
Job Requirements
- English is a MUST
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Also preferable to be a technically minded
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software applications
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Proven experience as telesales agent /customer service representative
- Strong telephone communication required
