Job Description

  • Maintain managing executives’ agenda and assist in planning appointments and board meetings if required
  • Attend meetings when needed or when required on behalf of the department or manager and keep the meeting minutes
  • Ensure effective telephone and mail communications both ways, internally and externally to maintain a professional image
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives when needed
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain documented and secure and manage the filing systems
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Welcome and assist visitors or clients coming for meetings to the concerned manager or senior manager
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors
  • Maintain the office calendar to coordinate workflow, appointments, and meetings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or relevant
  • From 0-3 Years of experience
