Job Description
- Acquiring new clients in new markets.
- Responsible for existing sales territories in co-ordination with department head.
- Co-ordinating between all departments to ensure proper and timely production of orders on hand.
- In-charge of all shipping documentations requested by international clients.
- Assessment of potential clients in terms of sales coverage, and application of RTM concept to reach company objectives in the target markets.
- Following up with clients the registration of company products in new markets, and company new products in existing markets.
- Co-ordinating between the marketing department and clients regarding planned activities set by top management.
- Issue departmental reports on agreed upon timely periods.
- Responsible for issuing Production Orders (Sales Requisitions)
- Responsible for working on updating sales on ERP.
- Monitors and handles forecasting Sales, to be communicated with Finance, Planning, Production, Warehousing, and Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Co-ordination of the logistics activities for the shipments with logistics department.
- Clear instructions about the new territory needs in terms of product specifications, packing, quality.
- Sending client POs to the assigned production facility & close follow up on delivery deadlines given by, and the needed materials from the procurement department
- Follow up on the invoice payment with the banks and accounting departments respectively.
- Providing the content, advising the concept with company’s graphic designers to develop new packages for target territories, Graphic Designing of the company export catalog and price list.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years experience in FMCG export sales.
- Willing to travel.
- Excellent command of English (3rd language is a major plus).
- Computer savvy.
- Logistics savvy.
