Job Description
- Accomplishing company targets which sited by his direct manager.
- Seeking for new customers and opportunities.
- Searching for the most suitable tenders to the company domains.
- Conducting visits at customer site to find out their needs.
- Negotiating with customers and handling their complaints.
- Negotiate product details, prices and pay conditions with customers.
- Preparing the required technical quotation & cooperating with division manager to prepare the financial offer for tenders.
- Enforcing and monitoring guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and to meeting customer expectations.
- Coordinating paperwork and ensure that it documented.
- Supervising the Processing of new equipment in preparation for delivering it to customers
- Providing his manager with all required reports.
- Finding out new areas and cover it in order to increase the market coverage.
Job Requirements
- Experience :min. 5 years Problem Solving, Reporting Research Results, Quality Focus, Productivity, Estimating, Product Knowledge, Customer Service, Safety Management.
- Excellent at both English & Arabic written & verbal communication skills
- Owning a Car
