Job Description
- Perform SW activities related to the development and testing of components of SW products or solutions.
- Customization of CRM 2016 and later versions forms, workflows, plug-ins
- Building reports over CRM
- Responsible for accurate and thorough documentation of SW components and developed tasks.
- Research, define and recommend SW solutions different technical topics and tools to assess and explore the feasibility of given requirements.
- Test the developed code and ensure its stability at the unit level and when integrated with other modules.
- Under guidance, may participate in analysis and application design.
- Ensure self-development by keeping track of new technologies progress.
- Comply with the Co. policies regarding security of information, safety, quality standards and business conduct standards.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Microsoft CRM 2016, and later versions
- Experience in upgrade to CRM 2016
- Experience in migrating data to CRM 2016 to later versions
- Knowlege of CRM sales, and customer services modules.
