Job Description
- Reach Monthly Target Via Outdoor/Indoor Sales Activities
- Consistently find products based on description
- Identify crosses to other suppliers or mfg part numbers
- Identify exact or recommended substitutes for obsolete or non-franchised parts
- Locate and provide data sheets
- Provide technical assistance to solve client technical questions
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Communication, Electronics, Mechatronics or Computer Engineering.
- From 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
