Duties of a Architect Team Leader:
- The project architect is in charge of coordinating a team effort to complete a project promptly and successfully.
- The project architect is an integral part of the project process from Scratch design till Tender Drawings & Documents utilizing REVIT , Photoshop,3dMax software.
- They create designs to meet client specifications, create and propose budget and time estimations, and act as an intermediary between the Technical Director/Architecture Head and the architect team.
- The project architect must ensure that the team is working effectively and keeping to schedule and budget.
- This involves reviewing work reports and communicating any needs and concerns to employees.
- The project architect must also write reports to keep the client informed about the status of the project.
Job Requirements
Architect Team leader :
- 10+ years of experience in Detailed Design / Tender Drawings / Shop Drawings with an emphasis on residential ,commercial ,Healthcare, hospitality projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture engineering
- REVIT is a must
- AUTOCAD Expertise
- Photoshop
- 3dMax
- Excel user
- BOQ/Specs
- QC/QA
- Team leader , Team Work
