Job Description
- Transform a weekly production plan into daily buckets given SKU privatizations set by supply chain team are considered
- Contribute to the S and OP process with the supply chain team to align the plan to achieve optimization of the plant based on the production requirement
- Integrate all capital and maintenance requirements in the required time or facilitate the required changes to create an aligned and achievable plan.
- Liaise with the supply chain team ensuring that there is a 4 week rolling production schedule in place, check and monitor as appropriate.
- Co-ordinate actions between the site and supply chain team
- Work closely with Production and Engineering to optimize resources, reduce cost and improve both internal and external customer service.
- Identify areas for cost reductions and implement strategies for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Maximizing production capacity and recoveries on site by ensuring that assets and labor are optimized while achieving the required stock cover/stock service targets
- Drive increased OEE and support the operations team on 100% plan attainment
- The role holder will be the key pivotal point of contact for day to day plan changes
Job Requirements
- Education: Production Engineering degree
- Prior Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the field, preferably FMCG. Dairy Industry experience is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Very good command of English Language.
