Job Description
- Lead the Plant operation to safely deliver product in specs and within cost targets to sales
- Ensure plant assets are maintained to meet supply chain demands
- Ensure compliance to all local government regulatory requirements and Beyti standards for operation.
- Develop and execute the yearly manufacturing plan (AOP) for the Plant to deliver the business objectives (production volume, manufacturing controlled cost, quality, safety)
- Ensure the alignment of the Manufacturing organization with the company vision, purpose, and priorities.
- Institutionalize manufacturing Best Practice Tools and Processes
- Review manufacturing performance regularly with department heads and ensure proper Follow-up on execution of improvement plans
- Area of responsibilities (processing / Juice & Milk Filling / Yogurt filling / manufacturing HDPE bottles).
- Develop solutions to technical problems by following-up the final product specifications in accordance with the standard specification set for the product.
- Identify means to address Manufacturing losses to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and coach preparation, planning and development of the productivity initiatives so that the competitiveness of our products and operations are continuously improved.
- Contribute to the innovation and product Development and work on enhancing the production of all dairy products and juices to compete in the domestic market and export.
- Lead and manage all key operational aspects, human resources and technical assets of manufacturing site to guarantee the maximum competitiveness in terms of costs and quality, while fulfilling and/or exceeding all the legal and company requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Production within an FMCG - Plant Management within Min. 2 years of plant’s function management
- Engineering Degree
Skills:
- Excellent communication, people management and leadership skills to manage local team, as well as relations internally with other departments and externally with customers/suppliers (public, local authorities, governmental representatives
- The ability to coordinate activities, analyze diverse situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deep understanding of different production processes in an FMCG company, quality standards, and production trends.
- Deep understanding of financial and manufacturing Key Performance Indicators.
