Job Description
- Assist in setting appointments, organizing Agenda of the company CEO.
- Answering calls and requests.
- Writing correspondences and emails.
- Prepare memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitor compliance.
- Assist my supervisor in collecting reports, gathering departmental information, aiding in compiling data to produce reports.
- Assist in follow-up with different departments regarding work flow and business process related matters.
- Enter some data on Website.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 experience with a relevant experience.
- Males Only
- Good knowledge about social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent in using computer program(MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Very Good command of English Language (understanding - writing spoken).
- Extra language will be an advantage.
