Job Description
- Manage all aspects of maintaining plant production equipment
- Improving the production line performance in terms of equipment effectiveness and safety
- Manage Maintenance personnel and Job assignments
- Assessment of maintenance personnel competency level and assign the required training plan
- Responsible for maintaining maintenance inventory and backup parts within economic inventory level
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Automation ,Utility, Manufacturing ,Technical purchasing, quality ,planning ,projects) to ensure operational effectiveness in plant
- Controlling the maintenance cost versus budget
- Ensure full compliance for plant GMP and Safety standard
Job Requirements
- Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Prior Work Experience: 7 years of experience with an experience in the maintenance procedures of all ranges of processing equipment manufactured by GEA /Tetra Pak.
- Skills: PC skills (MS office package)
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English Language
- Preferable Knowledge: UHT Plants, Pasteurization Equipment, CIP Lines, Separators, and Filling Lines (Aseptic Carton Packaging and Aseptic PET).
