Job Description
- Watch over and organize the daily operations and execution of the production plan and the manufacturing of all products
- Plan effectively the production plans and monitor its implementation
- Make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.
- Oversee the entire operation & maintenance work needed.
- Maintain optimum operation by assigning workers, creating and keeping work and production schedule
- Maintain worker safety and plant safety,
- Monitor the production equipment efficiency, and monitor the normal preventive maintenance works
- Improve quality control before the item manufactured leaves the plant.
- Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Job Requirements
- Interpersonal Skills: Able to speak with employees, other department managers and senior management.
- Leadership Skills: Able to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line.
- Time Management: Face production deadlines, shipping dates and more and must manage their time accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree Electrical engineering, and knowledge of PLC systems is an advantage.
- 15+ Years of experience in the same field.
