Job description
The position is responsible for Company IT infrastructure, Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions. Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the company infrastructure and implementation projects.
- Respond and troubleshoot technical issues with the assistance of other Technical Services staff within an agreed SLA, Uptime, availability measures.
- Complies with and helps to enforce IT/technical support standard policies and procedures.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
- Oversee strategic projects in alignment with organizational goals and direct the effective delivery of networks, storage security and disaster recovery systems and processes.
- Out of Egypt IT project guidance / consultation for perfect implementation.
- Coordinating between team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
- Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
- Running demos and webinars for Paxeramed agents and distributions. Make both scientific presentations at national and international meetings and technical training presentations to distributors and customers at workshops
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 Years’ experience
- Education: Graduated from English school , BSc Engineering college
- Certification in the following :
- Cloud services
- CCNA ,CCNP
- MCSA, Microsoft MCSE/P,
- VMware,
- MS SQL
- Worked for architecture / infrastructure solution design (mainly virtualization)
- Solid knowledge for storage / servers Dell/HP
- Travel probability: Able to travel 30% of the time
