Job Description
Job Summary:
- Helping employees cultivate their skills and knowledge, provide complete training, and share his/her expertise in ways that motivate others.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the first line managers and the coordinators to prioritize training needs and determine the specific requirements of each job description
- Works with management to schedule training programs for all staff
- Translate requirements into training programs that will coach employees for the next step of their career path
- Prepare knowledge tests, self-assessments, questionnaires, and surveys to determine the specific areas in need of development, and the suitable programs for the employees
- Design effective training materials and programs
- Deliver the soft skills training programs to the employees
- Apply and keep up with the latest teaching techniques of a corporate training environment
- Keep training programs vibrant and entertaining in order to engage employees and trainees
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 2-5 years of proven experience as corporate trainer
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
- Proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint; knowledge of e-learning software is an asset
- Training of Trainers Certificate is a must
- Proficiency in English language
Compensation:
- Monthly gross salary offered for this position is 10,000 EGP
