Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Helping employees cultivate their skills and knowledge, provide complete training, and share his/her expertise in ways that motivate others.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the first line managers and the coordinators to prioritize training needs and determine the specific requirements of each job description
  • Works with management to schedule training programs for all staff
  • Translate requirements into training programs that will coach employees for the next step of their career path
  • Prepare knowledge tests, self-assessments, questionnaires, and surveys to determine the specific areas in need of development, and the suitable programs for the employees
  • Design effective training materials and programs
  • Deliver the soft skills training programs to the employees
  • Apply and keep up with the latest teaching techniques of a corporate training environment
  • Keep training programs vibrant and entertaining in order to engage employees and trainees

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as corporate trainer
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint; knowledge of e-learning software is an asset
  • Training of Trainers Certificate is a must
  • Proficiency in English language

Compensation:

  • Monthly gross salary offered for this position is 10,000 EGP
