Safety and Health Specialist

Job Description:

• Establish regulations and regulations for industrial safety, safety and environment in accordance with the laws and regulations approved by the senior management of the company in line with the guide of the donors of certificates of security and safety.
• Coordinates with the Training Department of the Human Resources Department to train employees on the procedures and tools used in industrial security and first aid, and work to spread the awareness of preventive and health among workers to prevent work injuries.
• Ensure that industrial safety and safety standards are met in all facilities, buildings and warehouses of the company through inspection and coordination with the concerned departments to provide technical advice and assist them in applying the standards.
• Ensure that the dust and pollution rates of the company's premises do not exceed the permitted rates, through periodic measurements.
• Coordinates with the official inspection bodies and ensures that their observations are taken into consideration after completing their inspection visits.
• Coordinates with the Purchasing Department to supply the clothing and protective equipment and the industrial security of the employees of the company, and works to provide balances in the stores of the necessary tools that require work to be present continuously taking into account the validity period.
• Supervises the establishment and updating of the periodic inspection register and ensures that all observations are recorded (conditions of departments, departments, safety of personnel, equipment and machinery, position of existing fire extinguishing systems and equipment, position of work injuries, civil defense and fire units, safety and safety positions). These observations are monitored and implemented.
• Plans for rescue, ambulance and evacuation, and approved by the director of the company, also plans and supervises the conduct of fire alarm, evacuation and ambulance tests and coordinates with the rest of the departments of the company to implement them in a timely manner.
• The internal reports of accidents and injuries after inspection shall be considered after reviewing the reports of supervisors and observers and supervising their registration and reporting thereon, including means and protective precautions to avoid recurrence.
• Review the notifications of work injuries and approved and then sent to the Department of Administrative Affairs to take necessary with the National Authority for Social Insurance to pay the salary of the worker throughout the period of injury in accordance with the rules established.
