Job Description
- Develop the organizational human resources strategy.
- Design the human resources structure.
- Formulate the HR Policies &procedures.
- Review, amend and develop job descriptions and qualifications required for the entire organization.
- Responsible for evaluating staff and their performance
- Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees
- Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing; writes and places advertisements.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- 10 years of Experience in the filed of food & beverage
