About the Job
- Training new Staff (Engineers & Technical Support)
- Support with Engineers team, technical support team & customer care team daily investigation & repeated return cases
- Manage all daily process with assistants to decrease no. of exceeded cases on the system
- Tracking the rejected cases from Devices which related to “Test log missing”
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical field of smart phones maintenance is a must.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent command of Microsoft office.
- Communication skills, ability to illustrate technical information in an easy and comprehensive way is a must.
- Team leader skills.
