Job Description
Main Duties:
- Coaches and trains the CCRs to achieve the required service standards
- Handles the hard calls to keep/exceed the clients' satisfaction
- Develops the CMS system to enhance the effectiveness of data recorded
- Receives all customers queries and requests through phone from all the distribution channels
- Contact clients by phone in order to respond to any received queries and requests through email or internal department
- Provide the clients with all requested documents and letters in accordance with the CSC responsibilities as well as any written feedback regarding queries and complaints.
- Maintain close follow up on all client requests ensuring prompt and regular feedback as required.
- Keep up to date knowledge about the company's policies and procedures that affects responsibility implementation
- Assures the clients updating data on the database to facilitate future communication.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 Years of experience in call center
- Experience in Call Center is a must
- Good command of Writing & Speaking English
