Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Coaches and trains the CCRs to achieve the required service standards
  • Handles the hard calls to keep/exceed the clients' satisfaction
  • Develops the CMS system to enhance the effectiveness of data recorded
  • Receives all customers queries and requests through phone from all the distribution channels
  • Contact clients by phone in order to respond to any received queries and requests through email or internal department
  • Provide the clients with all requested documents and letters in accordance with the CSC responsibilities as well as any written feedback regarding queries and complaints.
  • Maintain close follow up on all client requests ensuring prompt and regular feedback as required.
  • Keep up to date knowledge about the company's policies and procedures that affects responsibility implementation
  • Assures the clients updating data on the database to facilitate future communication.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 Years of experience in call center
  • Experience in Call Center is a must
  • Good command of Writing & Speaking English
