Job Description

Job brief

The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintain the Financial Manager’s schedule and assist him by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Financial Manager’s agenda and assist in planning appointments.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences (phone calls, letters & emails,…etc.) and redirect them when appropriate
  • Monitor office supplies and assess its needs
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Males are preferable.
  • Age: 25-35 years
  • Experience: 3-5 Years
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Degree in business administration or relative field
