Job brief
The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintain the Financial Manager’s schedule and assist him by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Financial Manager’s agenda and assist in planning appointments.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences (phone calls, letters & emails,…etc.) and redirect them when appropriate
- Monitor office supplies and assess its needs
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Job Requirements
- Males are preferable.
- Age: 25-35 years
- Experience: 3-5 Years
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Degree in business administration or relative field
