Assistant Operations Manager

Customer

• Timely achievement of customers’ requirements regarding: new developments, daily delivery, ppm, warranty, packaging, records.. etc
• Responsible for new development & implementation to all products based on customer specifications and ensure full implementation throughout the organization

Operations

• Production planning, facilities planning and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet customers’ orders
• Deploy strategies to reduce rework, scrap, downtime and waste and increase efficiency and effectiveness of processes
• Comply to IATF technical specification standard and procedures to improve the QMS

Resources management

• Fully utilize equipment capacity and ensures their timely maintenance performed
• Monitor Stock Control, Place orders and shipments arrival follow up to ensure no stock outs and production disruption
• Empower, train and delegate to machining engineers all shifts responsibilities and accountability.
• Perform employees evaluation and appraisal
