- Plans and execute social marketing activities to achieve corporate activities and enhance brand image.
- Creates and implements ongoing content generation designs to ensure social platforms is periodically updated.
- Manage customer interactions through answering their quires and remark on social media platforms.
- Increase customer engagement with ibnsina social media platforms to ensure the increase of followers and likes on different social media pages.
- Manage advertisement campaigns on social media to ensure effectiveness and maximum return on investment.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers on their advertisement activities regarding “Social Media and newsletter” to create a revenue stream.
- Communicate with all concerned parties (internal and / or external) to get all needed information to be included in monthly trade newsletter.
- Manage and implement issuance plan of monthly trade newsletter which guarantee on time delivery, quality and quality are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field, mass communication or marketing degree is preferable.
- Marketing Diploma is preferable.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years in managing social media platforms.
- Excellent communications, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
