Job Summary
Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for the invoices, dealing with the cash transactions and banks
Main Duties:
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues process.
- Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
Job Requirements
- Call Center Experience is a must
