Job Description
- Assess customer needs and suggest the appropriate products and achieve productivity in each call.
- Provide sales and technical support
- Seek out new customers.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems CRM.
- Know all the information on devices and provide a full explanation about them.
- To provide regular reports on competition in the market in terms of prices , offers and new products and follow all contingencies of a new market .
- Scanning new areas to gain new clients
- Issuing sales report and client reports regularly to direct manager
- Maintaining a good relationship with existing and potential customers
- Achieve annual sales targets (as per agreement)
- Visit sites to market the company's products and close deals
- Follow up on the cash collection process
- Complete extra assignments as required
- Traveling to visit potential clients.
- Delivering client quotations.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Providing performance regular reviews and performance reports to ensure maximum client retention
- Achieving the monthly plan of sales targets that is set by Marketing supervisor.
- Achieving the monthly plan of targeted no. of successful visit that is set by the marketing supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication ,negotiation and sales skills
- IT background is preferred
- Previous experience in CCTV systems industry is a plus
- Previous experience in Outdoor Sales is a MUST
- Years of Experience: 3 to 5 year.
- Driving license is a plus
- excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Very good command of English language
- Very Good Computer skills
