Job Description

  • Leading Hayat Portfolio launches & re-launches in terms of communication, innovation& renovation in Egypt in alignment with Marketing Manager.
  • Preparing the yearly marketing budgets and following up all budget details with a proactive approach.
  • Planning, implementation, following up and controlling the marketing activities in the marketing calendar as per objectives mentioned in the annual plans.
  • Setting volume & value targets for relevant brands in communication with sales and trade marketing departments and revising it on monthly bases with the sales force.
  • Ensuring that annual profit, volume and market share objectives are achieved.
  • Observing and reporting brand performance compared to objectives and initiate plans to ensure that objectives are fully met.
  • Perform detailed analyzes (including consumer, competitive and financial) to identify marketing opportunities and develop plans to depend competitive threats and grow the business base.
  • Working together with sales force and trade marketing department to set short and long term commercial plans, promotions etc.
  • Following up the distribution and potential development areas for the brand and building plans with related departments to be able to reach the targets.
  • Liaise with advertising and media agencies and all third parties for the planning and execution of all ATL (TV, digital, outdoor, radio etc.) and BTL (sampling, road show, etc.) activities.
  • Managing all PR and CSR activities for the brands.
  • Responsible from preparation of all brand artworks, printed material designs and being the authority of approval for all brand linked POS executions from Trade Marketing Department to be able to keep the brand global strategy/ image safe.
  • Managing the research studies for the brand, analyzing the results and working on needed action plans.
  • Analyzing market retail data to identify business issues.
  • Following and analyzing the latest trends in the market, competition and / or product performance.
  • Conducting competitive analyzes that identifies competitive strategies, strengths and weaknesses.
  • Perform frequent market visits for marking store check and reporting the gaps/ point of development, strengths in the market, competitive updates, pricing analyzes etc.
  • Managing the marketing administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Generating required periodical statistical reports and sharing with Marketing Manager and Head Office.
  • Participating in the development of product and communication concepts aligning with Head Office Global Team.
  • Managing the relation between local marketing team and Head Office Global marketing team for the aligned brands.

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years brand marketing experience in FMCG industry
  • University degree of any study
  • Strong and Strategic analysis capability for driving future strategies.
  • Analytical & Innovative thinking leading to flawless execution.
  • Strong presentation & communication skills (both compiling and presenting).
  • Team work spirit.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines & willing to put in long working hours.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Positive and confident attitude.
  • Ability to work under stress to fulfill brand management activities in.
  • Extensive knowledge of market research and other concepts of branding and marketing.
  • Good Project Management skill.
  • Good Customer Marketing interface.
