Job Description
SAP Accounting Manager. The SAP Manager will be responsible for strategic direction, leadership and expertise in the following areas: SAP GL, SL, AP, AR & AA. The manager will partner with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement through technology and will continually assess SAP solution offerings to assess potential benefits to the organization. The manager will lead a team that is responsible for all aspects of project delivery including go-live and daily production support. This will include daily team management, mentoring, employee professional development and performance management. The manager will partner with our SAP technical team & other stakeholders to coordinate resource allocation across a large project portfolio and daily maintenance activities.
- Supervision and coordination of accounting people;
- Responsible for the year-end closing and the daily, monthly and annual reporting;
- Ensure the reporting of the internal , external requirements and the local statutory requirements;
- Review and ensure timely clearing of all treasury activities
- Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders to ensure closing and compliance process
Job Requirements
- Excellent experience as a group accounting manager in an international company;
- SAP experience is a must;
- At least 5 years experience as an interim manager;
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience in coaching and managing a large team;
- Be able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
