- مراقبة المخزون ومواد البناء وعمل الجرد الدوري والمفاجي علي المخازن ومتابعة الدفاتر الخاصة بالمخازن وكروت الصنف والحركة المستندية للمخازن وإيصال تقارير المتابعة إلي الإدارة المالية
- تجميع بيان بإحتياجات المواقع المختلفة طبقا للموازنة التخطيطية للمشروعات وتجميع هذه الإجتياجات من مهندسين المشروعات والتأكد من إعتمادها من مدير المشروعات ومراجعتها واخذ الموافقة بصرف هذه المبالغ علي المشروعات المختلفة
- مراجعة جميع المستخلصات والتأكد من سلامتها من الناحية الشكلية والفنية ومن ثم توصيلها إلي الإدارة المالية لإعتمادها (مع ملاحظة انه في بعض المواقع يكون المحاسب مسئول عن إعداد القيود الخاصة بالمستخلصات والمقاولين
- صرف مستحقات المواقع من دفعات المقاولين وعهد المهندسين ومرتبات العاملين والأجور اليومية
- محاسب الموقع مسئول مسئولية كاملة امام الإدارة المالية ويعتبر حلقة الوصل ما بين الإدارة المالية وباقي إدارات المواقع ، كذلك يعتبر احد حلقات الضبط والرقابة الداخلية للشركة علي المواقع والمشروعات المختلفة للشركة
- Inventory control, construction materials, periodic inventory and inventory work on stores, follow-up of books for stores, cards of type and documentary movement for stores, and delivery of follow-up reports to financial management.
- Compiling a statement of the needs of the different sites according to the planning budget of the projects and the collection of these outputs from the project engineers and to ensure their approval from the project manager and review and take the approval of disbursing these amounts to various projects
- Review all abstracts and ensure their integrity in terms of formality and technicality and then communicate them to financial management for approval (noting that in some locations the accountant is responsible for preparing the constraints of abstracts and contractors
- The payment of the dues of the sites from the payments of the contractors, engineers, employees' salaries, and daily wages
- The site accountant is fully responsible to the financial management and is the link between the financial management and the rest of the site departments, as well as one of the control rings and internal control of the company on the sites and projects of the company
Job Requirements
- حاصل على بكالوريوس تجارة
- خبرة من 2 -3 سنوات كمحاسب موقع بالمقاولات
- يفضل من سكان دمنهور وضواحيها
- Bachelor degree in commerce
- Experience 2-3 years as site accountant
- Residence in Damanhour and surroundings is preferred
