Job Description
- Create export commercial opportunities and meet export revenue targets.
- Contacting and negotiating with shipping companies to get the best rates.
- Prepare invoice and determine payment and shipping terms.
- Generate all required export documentation.
- Follow-up on all export steps according to clients' requirements.
- Cooperate with other departments to deliver shipping documents to client on time.
- Liaise with Accounting and Logistics to ensure the export cycle is completed according to the contract.
- Solve any problem and have good relation with all agents over world.
- Communicate with customers on daily basis to identify their requests.
- Providing services to the organizational outlets in foreign countries.
- Manages the export duties of the organization and sees to it that the commodities meet the standards of all the destination countries.
- Responsible for carrying out all the legal requirements as per the excise and government rules.
- Receive customers’ orders, to create orders in the system based on the quote and to confirm each order to the customer.
- Receipt and analysis of any demand orders from international customers by email.
- Follow up of production with the factories and confirmation to clients.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in French is a MUST
- University degree in Customer Service, Business Administration and/or Supply Chain,
- Experience from 2 to 4 years.
- Fluency in English or French, other language is a plus.
- Computer Skills, Excellent with software’s.
- Excellent communications Skills.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions.
