Job Description
Directly lead the development efforts of autonomous and highly aligned teams towards their goals
Create work systems that support effective sustainable work across multiple teams
Regularly assess the team's maturity, health, and composition, relentlessly striving for team cohesion and delivery excellence
Be involved in various aspects of a game's creation from concept and story writing to the coding and programming. Other potential areas of work for a game developer include audio, design, production and visual arts
- Manage Development Team

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Object oriented programming concepts and Design Patterns required
- Ability to effectively collaborate with 3D animators and Multi-Media Designers required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Experience with C#, Java, Python, or other equivalent programming language
- Experience with Unity 3D, Unreal, or equivalent gaming engine
- Professional Game Development experience
- Familiarity with Git or other version control system
- Experience developing applications in JavaScript
- Knowledge of incorporating 3-D animations into a virtual environment
