Job Description
- Independently identify problems within our software based on customers reported inquiries.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, create workarounds to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and success.
- Make use of administrative tools to respond to customers’ operational requests and inquiries.
- Document previous issues resolutions to aid in maintenance of similar future problems.
- Participate and recommend optimization of the service operations process.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding problems.
- Work with other organizations to convey customer concerns and requirements in order to provide a timely problem resolution.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in application support using Java frameworks.
- Good knowledge of spring web applications framework, HTML and JavaScript.
- Good knowledge of Hibernate.
- Good knowledge of UML notion.
- Ability to give proof of developing and deploying products from the ground up.
- Possession of strong analytical and research skills and enjoying delivering software solutions that solve real-world problems.
- Object-oriented analysis and design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory to working in a team environment and keeping an open communication across all channels of the organization.
- Ability to work under stress, with a commitment to deadlines and quickly come up to speed on existing technologies and provide input on the future direction of our technical environment.
