Job Description
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Advise user on appropriate action
- Follow standard procedures for resolving windows and network issues
- Network infrastructure (switches, routers, Access points).
- Maintain and support Hardware / Software configuration: PCs, Switches, Access Points, Routers, Firewalls, and storage system
- Install and configure computer Operating systems.
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade networks.
- Support CCTV security system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, computer science, or related field
- 2 years of relevant technical experience
