Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Customer’s Inquiries deftly and effectively; within a timely manner Through Chat.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Values Customer experience.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, while handling customer complaints, follow up to ensure resolution-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
