Job Description
- Coordinate and organize on-site events and assist in developing and distributing marketing material to promote the event.
- Research and suggest possible events and select events’ sponsors to utilize THE COMPANY assets and promote facilities.
- Attend events to facilitate operations and responds to emergencies and ensure that all aspects of events implementation and control according to plans.
- Ensure duly receiving of all documents, drawings and manuals concerning THE COMPANY’s assets from Construction on completion.
- Compile material for events programs, and maintain mailing lists for distribution of marketing materials or any other pertinent information.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
Minimum Experience:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in a related position.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Planning and Organizing Skills.
- Knowledge of Public Relations and handling complaints.
