The Sales Director is accountable for developing new businesses, ensuring Customers satisfaction, and maintaining positive and value-driven constructive and consultative relationships with new and existing customers and achieving Sales Targets

Strong ability to always differentiate solutions from competition and you are able to build an eco-system with other members and Suppliers to drive purpose specific solutions and provide highest ROI.
- Further, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and generating results from the client
Responsibilities
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Leading, advising and managing sales and presales team on multiple Banking/Government accounts
- Ensure and maintain Customers satisfaction, primarily driven by value-add and business-related relationships
- Strive to deliver consistently high performance and achieve sales target
- Provide Consultancy towards banking customers
- Obtain technical and business knowledge on the Strategic Suppliers
- Actively participate in trade shows and seminars hosted by The Company
- Perform and follow-up on the integration of products into applications and Mobile solutions

- 5+ at the Directory/VP level +15 years of overall ICT-sector experience in direct sales of SW/HW products.
- You’re a moving business champion who is spending more than 75% of his time outside Egypt
- Experience within the financial sector
- Experience within the Security solutions for Banks
- Technical knowledge of the IT standards
- IT – network security knowledge
- Native Arabic speaker and you are fluent in English
