  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients Miscellaneous tasks to support CEO
