Job Description
Main Duties:
- Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships
- Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Conducting at least 2 meeting with existing customers, and 5 meeting with new one every week.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe
- Participates in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales skills
- Submit all formal reports to the Outsourcing and service manager promptly on the status of accounts
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in IT Sales is a MUST
- Enjoy consulting with clients and analyzing their needs
- A customer service-oriented attitude towards work activities
- Able to resolve service delivery or product issues quickly, and to the satisfaction of the client
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Highly organized and efficient
- Demonstrates excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Shows consistent professionalism and good judgment
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
