About the Job
  • Provide overall facilities direction to FM team across all locations in the Company
  • Provide & implement processes and programs to provide optimal productivity of facilities team
  • Comply & adhere to company policies & procedures
  • Able to build 3-5-year CAPEX plan for large offices building
  • Provide direction for CAPEX/OPEX budget forecasting and monthly accrual projections
  • Develop business cases for new/ongoing facilities projects & presents to approval committee
  • Manage necessary facility RFP’s, site meetings, scope of work, specifications, SLA’s, etc…
  • Manage all facilities preventative & predictive maintenance programs, including facility audits, scope of work, specifications, SLA’s, management of suppliers, and quality assessments
  • Manage all resident 3rd party suppliers that are not limited to Security, Housekeeping, Dining, etc…
  • Perform site inspections to identify enhancement and renovation projects
  • Support business continuity by proactively planning for and responding to catastrophic events (e.g. Rain storms, earthquakes, etc.) as well as localized emergencies (e.g. fire, break ins, physical security, electrical continuance, etc…)
  • Make specification recommendations based on trends analysis and life cycle cost of equipment and materials to support changes and/or enhancements

Span of Control:

  • Managing a team of 15+ employees
  • Managing resident 3rd party suppliers
  • Dotted management of all other teams in the facility (e.g. adherence, attendance, compliance, policies, code of business & ethics)
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering with 8 years of experience in technical domain (Mechanical/Electrical is preferred)
  • Awareness of HSE compliance protocols and security measures
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients, third parties and different business stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively prioritize individual workload and work under pressure with tight delivery times
  • Excellent team player
  • Fluent English
